II Requirements: Male or female, under 55 years old, college degree or above. Major in architecture, civil engineering, HVAC and electrical. New grads or interns would receive preference.

III  Responsibilities: 1. Number and register all kinds of data, forms, drawings, text data, documents, on-site audio and video during the construction process, file and list the documents according to the project category, file them after being reviewed and approved by the project manager, and save them to computer timely, and keep the information confidential;

2)Responsible for other work assigned by the leaders.

IV Salary:

￥3500/month+subsidy. If the employee is quite qualified for the work, the salary can be negotiated. With five social insurances. One day off a week. The company provides accommodation.
