入夏以来，气温持续攀升，施工现场的“烤验”日益严峻。为切实提升全员高温中暑应急处置能力，苏南项目部组织开展了一场高温中暑应急处置专项演练。
本次演练遵循“贴近实战、注重实效”的原则，全程模拟施工现场人员高温作业突发中暑的真实场景。演练中，一名作业人员因长时间高温暴晒、体力消耗过大，出现头晕乏力、面色潮红、呼吸急促等轻症中暑症状。巡查人员第一时间发现险情，立即大声呼救并迅速上报现场负责人。接到报告后，项目应急小组即刻启动应急救援预案，各小组分工协作、快速响应。
救援过程中，工作人员迅速将中暑人员转移至阴凉通风的安全区域。解开衣领腰带助其散热，疏散周边人员保障救援通道畅通。随后，严格按照规范流程开展急救处置：用凉水擦拭身体、风扇加速散热进行物理降温，补充电解质防暑饮品，实时观察体温和身体状况。现场人员第一时间模拟拨打120急救电话进行转运救治，整套救援流程规范有序、高效闭环。
演练结束后，项目部还普及了夏季防暑安全知识、高温作业注意事项、中暑症状识别及分级处置方法。明确了高温天气错峰施工、轮岗休息、防暑物资发放、日常巡查管控等常态化管理要求，让全员掌握科学防暑、规范施救的实操技能。
此次演练有效检验了应急预案的可行性，进一步提升了项目全员的协同配合能力和现场自救互救水平。以练促防、以练强能，苏南项目部用实际行动为夏季施工筑起了一道坚实的安全防线。
