除了推进海外油气合作，中国石油还持续深化和扩大与合作伙伴在油气领域的合作，与“一带一路”沿线20多个国家成功签署一批重要协议。举办“一带一路”油气合作圆桌会议、中俄能源商务论坛、中国石油国际合作论坛三大品牌主场外事活动，开展与国际油气企业、重要国际能源组织、行业学会的对话与交流，极大提升了国际能源治理话语权和影响力。
