中东分公司凭借中海林在石油相关行业数十年的资源积累，依据伊拉克巴士拉石油公司的需求，克服语言与当地环境的重重困难，在短短数月时间，顺利完成了当地员工的招聘工作，并积极推动BOC与投运中东分公司沟通、商定培训具体相关事宜，确保培训团队和参训人员能够顺利的抵达和享受优质的培训生活，为此次培训顺利进行贡献自己的力量。
