我国海上首个规模化钻井开发的亿吨级油田——垦利6-1油田，已于近日完成全部177口井钻井作业，工程质量合格率100%，提速超20%，完成十三项新技术应用，打破8项钻井纪录，大大缩短了产能建设周期，目前油田已达到日产原油近万方的规模。垦利6-1油田钻井作业的快速完钻，标志着我国海上非整装亿吨级油田规模化钻井技术实现跨越，对渤海油田进一步增储上产、保障国家能源安全具有重要作用。
垦利6-1油田钻井开发项目由4-1区块、10-1北区块和5-1、5-2、6-1区块三个区块组成，钻井作业平台累计达到9个，完成钻井177口井，是我国海上钻井迄今为止规模最大、时间最短、平台最多的开发项目。
项目开发过程中，通过集成化应用系统钻井技术，破解浅层大位移井高效钻井各项难题，引入“璇玑”钻井系统，实践智能完井、裸眼分段充填防砂、集成湿接头泵工况、旋转下套管、套后测井等多项工艺技术，使国产化工具应用和推广迈上了新台阶。
同时，垦利6-1油田钻井开发项目积极落实“双碳”战略，利用电网岸电供电取代海上钻井平台传统柴油发电进行作业。通过岸电改造，大幅降低柴油消耗成本，单个平台还可实现年均减少二氧化碳排放近万吨。
探索海上大型油田规模化快速开发关键工程技术体系完成垦利6-1亿吨级油田的高质量建设，对后续亿吨级油田快速实现智能化、规模化、标准化钻井开发具有良好的实践意义。
