为应对强寒潮带来的持续极端低温天气，中国石油辽河油田储气库群开启极限保供模式。12月15日，辽河油田日冲锋采气量突破4000万立方米，成为全国首个日采气量突破4000万立方米的储气库群。
从2021年至今，辽河油田储气库群日采气量连续跨越2000万立方米、3000万立方米、4000万立方米大关，为东北及京津冀地区千家万户送去寒冬中的温暖，发挥辽河油田储气库群能源保供“顶梁柱”作用。
截至目前，辽河储气库群采气处理装置达到6套，注采气量均大幅提升，建成全国注采气能力最大的储气库。
此外，辽河储气库群储备10口采气冲锋井，打造3口大尺寸井实现“大吞大吐”，创造了国内储气库大尺寸钻井工程钻完井周期90天的最短纪录，注采气能力是常规井3倍，增加日调峰能力300多万立方米，助力辽河调峰能力领跑全国。
