然而岁末的街市，
热闹非凡，喧嚣满天。
腊八的钟声，宣告着年的来临，
香肠腊肉，挂满院落。
阳台上，火盆熊熊燃烧，
温暖的火光，照亮了心房。
过了腊八就是年
一年一岁一团圆
岁末的寒冷，被岁初的温暖所融化，
团圆的味道，弥漫在空气中。
年的序曲，奏响了希望的旋律，
新年的祈愿，铺展在心田。
让我们迎接岁末的寒冷，
用团圆的温暖，抚慰心灵的伤痛。

腊八粥
腊八这一天有吃腊八粥的习俗，腊八粥也叫“七宝五味粥”。一般由谷类、豆类多种食材熬制而成，既有着五谷丰登的好兆头，也是一种上佳的养生食物。
腊八蒜
在腊八节泡腊八蒜，即将蒜瓣去掉老皮，浸泡在醋中，时间一到，用醋泡出来的腊八蒜，会变得通体碧绿，如同翡翠。待春节时开封取出，搭配饺子吃，味道十足，寓意和和美美。
腊八面
中国北方一些不产或少产大米的地方，人们不吃腊八粥，而是吃腊八面。隔天用各种果、蔬做成臊子，把面条擀好，到腊月初八早晨全家吃腊八面。
