近日，中国石油石油化工研究院提出的“喷气燃料中抗氧剂和防冰剂含量的测定”顺利通过美国材料与试验协会石油产品和润滑剂技术委员会的投票，正式由立项阶段进入制定阶段。这一突破不仅有效提升了喷气燃料质量监管水平，助力生物航煤新技术开发，而且在国际舞台展示了中国石油的科研实力和形象，为清洁燃料标准体系建设贡献了中国智慧和中国方案。

以往，国际标准规定的检测方法每次只能单独测定抗氧剂和防冰剂含量其中一类的含量，给喷气燃料产品标准实施及产品质量监管带来了困难。针对该问题，中石油采用固相萃取-气相色谱技术方案，可同时测定3种防冰剂和7种抗氧剂，且完全满足喷气燃料国际标准和国家强制性标准对防冰剂、抗氧剂含量测定的要求，填补了相关标准领域的空白。
