4月22日，在冀东油田高75平台35千伏开关站中控室内，随着逆变器控制按钮的启动，位于河北唐山的中国石油最大水面光伏发电项目—冀东油田分布式自发自用光伏发电项目正式全部并网发电，运行后预计首年平均每天发电量为14.9万千瓦时。
冀东油田分布式自发自用光伏发电项目利用3个闲置平台和5个生产平台建设而成，总占地面积59.05万平方米，建设规模40.97兆瓦，其中水上部分占地47.36万平方米，为目前中石油最大水面光伏发电项目。
截至目前，冀东油田建成、在建清洁电力项目达到13个，总规模达71.5兆瓦，年可节约标煤2.84万吨、减排二氧化碳15.34万吨，为实现“双碳”目标作出了积极贡献。
