近日，大港油田技术人员在赵东油田攻克高难度大斜度井长稳斜段钻完井难题，高质量完成D45-40井的下尾管及固井作业，以2645米的长度刷新国内侧钻井尾管下入最长纪录。D45-40井是赵东油田投入开发以来施工难度最大的一口侧钻井，定向井难度系数达6.679，属于高难度定向井。
赵东油田位于极浅海区，是中国石油滩海油田高效开发的标杆。基于海上开发的特点，油田井口需要被不断重复使用，赵东油田已形成密集丛式井复杂井网轨迹，后期新钻井以老井开窗侧钻为主。
由于大斜度井长稳斜段过长，在尾管下入过程中多次遇阻，陆地技术团队24小时提供支持，海上监督团队24小时在钻台轮换坚守，严格执行各项措施。最终，该井历经39个小时成功完钻，井身质量合格率达100%，固井质量合格率达100%，钻井费用较单井投资预算节约174万元。
