近日，随着聚丙烯装置今年生产的第297、300、301批次聚丙烯树脂产品开出合格单，标志着高熔融指数薄壁注塑料新产品LHM65取得初步成功。这是中国石油Unipol工艺聚丙烯装置第一次成功开发高熔融指数薄壁注塑料新产品，填补了中国石油Unipol聚丙烯装置高熔融指数薄壁注塑料技术上的空白。该产品具有较高效益，根据市场价格信息测算，预计该产品可在现有牌号产品的基础上，新增利润200元/吨以上。
高熔融指数开发难度大，之前未进行过此产品的生产，在中国石油Unipol聚丙烯装置中无任何经验可借鉴，这对聚丙烯装置的反应系统、造粒系统都是极大的挑战。
在对国内聚丙烯市场上的薄壁注塑料产品的技术参数和市场情况进行了充分调研后，在相关部门的指导和帮助下编制了首次开发试生产方案。7月25日，聚丙烯装置稳定调整反应器生产合格粉料，根据在线熔融指数和化验分析数据不断调整造粒系统各参数，成功将牌号由LHM17稳定切换至试生产新产品LHM65。经过不断优化工艺控制，装置连续稳定生产新产品，最终一次成功试生产1000吨左右的合格产品。
