近日，由我国自主研发建造的全球首座移动式注热平台——“热采一号”，在山东威海交付。它的成功交付填补了我国海上稠油热采移动装备领域的空白，为规模化、集约化撬动我国海上稠油资源开拓新路径、激活“新引擎”，对保障国家能源安全、助力端稳能源饭碗具有重要意义。
“热采一号”长82米、宽42米，两层甲板面积超3000平方米，有二十多层楼高。其作业水深35米，作业状态下重达1万多吨，可抵御16级台风。其所应用的移动注热平台设计、高温高压蒸汽管线补偿等多项技术，为世界首创。
与固定式采油平台注热相比，“热采一号”具备可移动能力，在拖轮牵引下抵达不同平台，进行快速注热，从而有效降低稠油开发成本，促进稠油热采规模化变为现实。
“热采一号”由我国自主设计建造的国内首个海上移动式试采平台“海洋石油162”升级改造而成。“热采一号”拥有海上油田最大的3套蒸汽锅炉系统，可同时为6口油井快速注入温度超过350℃的高压蒸汽，使稠油黏度降低，成为流动性好、易开采的“稀油”，整体注热作业效率是过去的3倍以上。
