全长5111公里，纵贯我国9个省区市的中俄东线天然气管道工程已全线完工。目前，中俄东线黑龙江黑河至江苏泰兴各段管道相继投产，预计将于今年年底前实现全线贯通。工程全线贯通后，每年可向东北三省、京津冀、长三角等地区稳定供应天然气380亿立方米，可满足1.3亿户城市家庭一年的用气需求。截至目前，中俄东线已安全平稳输送天然气超780亿立方米。
中俄东线天然气管道起自俄罗斯东西伯利亚，由布拉戈维申斯克进入中国黑龙江省黑河。俄罗斯境内管道全长约3000公里，中国境内段管道全长5111公里。其中，利用已建管道1740公里，新建管道3371公里，钢铁总用量相当于280座巴黎埃菲尔铁塔。
中俄东线天然气管道是一条世界级水平的天然气管道，是我国首条采用1422毫米超大口径、12兆帕高压力等级的长输天然气管道。管道设计输量380亿立方米/年，是目前世界上单管输量最大的长输天然气管道。
据悉，工程全线贯通后，每年可减少二氧化碳排放量1.64亿吨，减少二氧化硫排放量182万吨，为优化我国能源消费结构、推动发展方式绿色转型、助力实现“双碳”目标作出重要贡献。
