今年以来，我国油气管网基础设施加速建设。截至目前，新建的油气管道里程已经突破4000公里，天然气“全国一张网”的建设稳步推进。
历时近10年建设的中俄东线天然气管道，已经正式全线贯通，我国又建成投运了一条能源大动脉。管道全长5111公里，北起黑龙江黑河，南至上海，途经9个省（自治区、直辖市）。
今年以来，随着百色到文山、虎林到长春等管道开工建设，西气东输四线首段顺利投产，我国天然气管网“五纵五横”的新格局正加速构建。西气东输管道系统，自投产至今已累计向全国供气超9600亿立方米。珠三角地区天然气加快发展，近年来，年用气量以近10%速度增长，日均用气量近5000万立方米。
目前，我国长输油气管网总里程约19万公里，主干油气管网总里程超10万公里，一次管输能力从2020年的2230亿立方米增长到目前的3940亿立方米，增幅达76%，天然气“全国一张网”日供气能力超10亿立方米。
按照规划，到2025年，我国横跨东西、纵贯南北、覆盖全国、联通海外的天然气“全国一张网”将更加完善，进一步提升油气供应保障能力。
