特深套管开窗侧钻技术突破,助力超深层油气勘探
近日,我国油气勘探领域再传捷报——位于塔里木盆地塔东探区的奥探1C井顺利完成完钻作业。

该井套管开窗深度8162.3米,完钻井深9522米,垂深9406.16米,裸眼段长度1359.7米,最大井斜57.5度,质量指标合格率达100%,创造国内套管开窗最深纪录和直推存储式放射性测井技术最深井深、最高井温和最高压力纪录,再次刷新亚洲碳酸盐岩储层大斜度井垂深最深纪录,标志着中国石油在碳酸盐岩超深层勘探领域特高温、特高压、超深层钻探工程配套技术再上新台阶。
挑战超深层,技术破难题
塔东探区地质构造复杂,目标油气藏埋深普遍超过8000米,地层高温高压、岩性多变,传统钻井技术面临成本高、风险大的双重挑战。奥探1C井采用“套管开窗侧钻”技术,通过在已有深井套管内精准开窗,侧向钻出大斜度分支井眼,不仅避免了重新开钻新井的高昂成本,还大幅提升了储层钻遇率。这一技术突破,相当于在“万米地下绣花”,对轨迹控制、工具耐温和钻井液性能提出了极致要求。
战略意义深远,能源安全再添保障
塔东探区是我国超深层油气增储上产的重要接替区域。奥探1C井的顺利完钻,不仅验证了特复杂地层侧钻技术的可行性,更为同类超深井开发积累了宝贵经验。此项成果将加速塔里木盆地万亿方级油气资源的勘探进程,对保障国家能源安全、推动西部能源基地建设具有重要意义。
