近日，一条能源动脉传来澎湃脉动——俄罗斯天然气工业股份公司明确表示，2025年将经“西伯利亚力量”管道向中国增加供应约70亿立方米天然气。这一增量看似抽象，实则相当于北京这样超大城市一年的民用天然气需求总量。
中俄天然气合作正以前所未有的速度与深度推进。从2019年“西伯利亚力量”管道首次通气，到如今供应量节节攀升，能源纽带正越拧越紧。据中国海关总署数据，2024年前5个月，中国自俄管道天然气进口已达历史新高，此次新增的70亿立方米，将推动俄气在华份额进一步扩大。
2026年俄罗斯经管道运输天然气出口量将同比增加5%，达1210亿立方米。此外，2027年出口量将同比增加6%，达1280亿立方米。普京指出，2024年俄罗斯经管道对华运输天然气供应量居首位，煤炭供应量居第二位，液化天然气出口量居第三位。普京还指出，经远东线路对华天然气出口将于2027年启动，会额外向中国供应100亿立方米天然气。
这条穿越冰原的管道，输送的不仅是能源，更是大国间务实合作的暖流。70亿立方米的增量虽非惊天动地，却是在地缘政治棋盘上落下的一颗扎实棋子，为中国的能源安全版图增添了一块关键拼图。
