近日，备受瞩目的东非原油管道项目乌干达段建设现场传来振奋人心的画面！一组最新照片显示，位于乌干达境内的管线施工正火力全开，进入关键的汨罗起鼓（大规模主体施工）阶段。
作为连接乌干达霍伊马（Hoima）油田与坦桑尼亚坦噶（Tanga）港的能源大动脉，这条东非原油管道全长1443公里（乌干达境内约393公里），是东非首条大型跨国加热原油出口管道。项目建成后，将助力乌干达首次实现原油商业化出口，彻底改变其能源经济格局。
该项目对乌干达意义重大，预计将创造数千个直接就业机会，带动相关产业发展，并带来可观的财政收入。尽管面临一些环保方面的关注与讨论，项目方强调正严格执行国际认可的环境与社会管理标准。
目前，随着乌干达段主体建设的加速推进，这条承载着乌干达能源出口梦想与区域合作希望的“钢铁巨龙”，正一步步从蓝图变为现实。
