天津南港液化天然气应急储备项目(天津南港LNG项目)位于天津市滨海新区南港工业区，其建设内容主要包括接收站、码头及外输管道三部分。项目分三期建设，第一期建设将初步形成应急供应体系，包括1座LNG卸载码头、1座LNG船泊位、4座储罐及气化设施和装载配套设施，进京管线全面竣工，力争于2022年底前完工；第二期建设4座储罐，力争于2023年底前完工；第三期建设2座储罐，力争于2024年底前完工。

漂管作业
2020年9月30日北京燃气天津南港 LNG应急储备项目外输管道工程3号桩平台开始漂管作业。偌大的施工平台上，大型漂管作业有序推进，偌大的施工平台上，大型漂管作业有序推进，与绿色围挡外的湿地风光形成一幅人与自然的和谐景象。今年4月初北燃项目在大清河完成了最后一次漂管作业。大清河漂管共3700米，是北燃项目控制性工程之一。
