为培养这些青年员工，公司丰富培训方式、提升培训效果，增强培训实效，使他们成为一股新鲜血液茁壮成长，以势不可当之势充实公司施工的攻坚力量，成为即将奔涌出海乘风破浪的后浪。
公司在大型储罐全自动焊施工方面经验丰富，拥有优秀的自动焊队伍。
培训质量的优劣，在很大程度上决定于教师的授课水平。公司充分发挥技能专家的主阵地作用，选聘的教师均有着丰富的现场施工经验，技术全面，而且熟练掌握储罐焊接的所有步骤。
为确保培训达到预期目的，公司提前量身编制培训计划、调试焊机、检验机具，筹备培训所需的板材、焊剂等材料机具。每天，老师结合实操中遇到的问题，手把手现场教学，与学员们一起对焊接过程中出现的问题进行认真点评分析，找出产生缺陷的原因，有针对性的进行练习。
结合老师的教导和自身的实操经验，学员们进步飞快，四月底马上就将迎来取证考试，通过后即将走上工作岗位。
